The Explorers’ Edge Fuel & Fun Package Promo is Back For the 2014 Fall Travel Season!

 The Package

Travelers book a 2-night minimum stay between September 8, 2014 and September 30, 2014 for a getaway in Explorers’ Edge between October 1, 2014 and October 31, 2014 at participating Accommodations and can then register to be 1 of 200 travelers to receive a $50 gas card and $50 worth of vouchers to use at participating Attractions/Dining Establishments/Retailers!

This promotion will target travel bookings from October 1, 2014 – October 31, 2014

The Partnership

Regional Accommodation operators sign-up to participate in the program as partners, and thereby agree to monitor and distribute the gas cards, vouchers and information regarding where vouchers are redeemable to qualified guests upon registration (guests must register with their confirmation number on the Explorers’ Edge website; only 200 packages will be provided by Explorers’ Edge).

Attractions/Dining/Retailers operators who wish to participate also sign-up as partners, and thereby agree to accept $25 vouchers from package participants in lieu of cash; these operators can then submit the vouchers to Explorers’ Edge by December 30, 2014 to be compensated for the face value of the vouchers. (Consumers will receive 2 vouchers worth $25 each that must be redeemed by November 15, 2014; the deadline has been established to ensure they visit operators while they are in the region, rather than hoping they will return again to redeem them at a later date.)

All operators who sign up to participate in the program commit to promoting it through all media channels available to them, such as electronic newsletters, social media, or other consumer contact lists. Explorers’ Edge will confirm consumer registrations for the 200 packages with Accommodation operators.

Operators also agree NOT to promote the packages to your audiences prior to the confirmed launch date.

Operators who participate are asked to push the package through their own marketing initiatives as well – a jpg of the Fuel & Fun logo can be found below:
