    Gord the challenges were 2 fold.
    I had to communicate that Bear Claw Tours operated only by advance reservation. I had a few instances where customers arrived without booking. Fortunately I was able to accommodate their tour.

    Second: Language. I don’t speak Mandarin and they sometimes have limited English. this is awkward and can be embarrassing for both parties. From my consultation with Webooook management, Chinese are acutely aware of their English skills and hate to be embarrassed. the solution is to communicate with them via SMS first, email second. I also created a special registration page just to ease this issue. See
