About This Service

Explorers’ Edge, the regional tourism organization for Algonquin Park, Muskoka and Parry Sound that is funded by the Ontario Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport, has partnered with Porter Airlines to introduce seasonal summer service to the Muskoka Airport in an effort to increase international visitation to the region. This was also made possible by the introduction of Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA) screening services at the airport, which was achieved by the District of Muskoka, the third partner in this seasonal service. Representatives from all three partners will speak at the welcoming ceremony on June 27, 2019.
