RTO12 Satisfaction Survey


As part of continuous improvement, the ministry, in partnership with the RTOs, developed strategic performance measures for the RTOs to maximize their effectiveness as regional tourism destination and marketing leaders.

The Stakeholder Satisfaction survey was created to follow two of the strategic performance measures:

  1. Percentage and percentage change of industry stakeholders that have partnered and collaborated in RTO activities
  2. Percentage and  percentage change of stakeholders satisfied with RTO activities

This survey provides an opportunity for tourism industry stakeholders to provide valuable input into their RTO’s activities to enhance collaboration, partnerships and alignment within the industry to grow tourism in the regions and Ontario.

This is a joint ministry and RTO survey and consists of two parts. The four questions in the first part are common provincial questions and the second part consists of seven RTO-specific questions. The survey should take approximately 8 – 10 minutes of your time, and your personal information will not be associated with any responses. Participation and responses are anonymous and confidential.

The information that you have provided as part of this survey will only be used in the Stakeholder Survey. You will not be placed on any mailing lists, nor will your information be released to any third party, except as may be authorized by law. Please ensure any comments you make do not include personal information.
